Director of Iqbal Academy Pakistan, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui, along with a delegation, paid attendence at the tomb of Allama Iqbal

On the occasion of Pakistan's 77th Independence Day, flag hoisting and cake-cutting ceremonies were held at Allama Muhammad Iqbal's old residence (116-McLeod Road Lahore) under the auspices of Iqbal Academy Pakistan.
In connection with Pakistan's 77th Independence Day, a discussion was organized on the topic "The Role of Youth in the Stability of Pakistan."
Online messages from renowned personalities were also released on the Academy's YouTube channel (youtube.com/iqbalacademy) under the title "Iqbal's Philosophy and the Stability of Pakistan."
The Director of Iqbal Academy Pakistan, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui, along with a delegation, also paid attendence at the tomb of Allama Iqbal and laid a wreath of flowers. Prayers were offered, and a special prayer was made for the country's prosperity. On this occasion, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui said that our country is endowed with immense human and natural resources, and it is the responsibility of all of us to utilize these resources for the welfare of the people. To make Pakistan a welfare state, Iqbal's philosophy must serve as a guiding light.
The delegation included Mr. Waqar Ahmad, Raja Muhammad Babar, Muhammad Ishaq, Asad Hanif, and Rais Khan.
The activities of this morning started with flag hoisting and cake-cutting ceremonies were held at Allama Iqbal's historic residence on McLeod Road. Director of Iqbal Academy, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui, along with the Academy's officials, performed the flag hoisting. During the cake-cutting ceremony, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui said, "Pakistan will remain forever; Pakistan is like a bouquet, and the time is not far when Pakistan will prosper."
At the end of the ceremony, there was also a question and answer session.
